Nestled along the picturesque NSW coastline, Copacabana is a true gem that boasts unmatched beauty and serenity. With its pristine beaches, lush landscape and welcoming community, the need for enhancing Del Monte Place was evident and Devcon were the right people for the job.
Works required:
• Protecting essential services such as electricity, NBN and water
• Demolish obsolete drainage structures
• Installing 500 meters of water main including new house connections
• Road widening
• Installing Kerb and Gutter
• Installing new footpaths – creating safer access for residents
• Creating parking bays
• Constructing retaining walls
• Upgrading driveways to precise heights to facilitate access for all types of vehicles
• Landscaping
Throughout the project, special attention was dedicated to working around residents, maintaining road accessibility, working around live services, and navigating the weather conditions that posed challenges along the way.
