Meet Our Executive Team

Gavin de Vries

Managing Director
Gavin represents the third generation working within the family business, a journey that began over twenty years ago. Over the years Gavin has developed a broad range of hands-on experience throughout the company and is currently most commonly found focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction. He believes constant growth is vital in this fast paced industry and is passionate about fostering relationships, strategic and proactive planning alongside systems development. Outside of the office Gavin enjoys photography, travel and training for his next triathlon.

Andrew Reynolds

General Manager
Andrew has built a wealth of experience from the ground up through surveying, engineering and project management. His ability to approach engineering and management problems methodically creates great outcomes for clients and helps to keep projects on track. In his spare time Andrew enjoys Dad jokes, supporting the Penrith Panthers and relaxing in front of a good movie.

Matthew de Vries

Business Development Manager
Matthew is a dedicated and motivated member of the Devcon team, and is one of the third generation family members leading the business toward future success. He possesses a solid knowledge that spans all areas of the civil construction industry, backed by an astute understanding of financial principles, budget and resource management. When he's not at work Matthew enjoys a good snowboarding and mountain biking adventure.

Mark Potts

Construction Manager
Mark has been gathering experience in the civil construction industry for the past twenty years. Having built his experience from the ground up has offered invaluable insight on how to get the most out of each project, preempt complications and problem solve on the fly to ensure seamless results every time. In his spare time Mark can be found enjoying a good game of rugby league.

Simon de Vries

Construction Manager
Simon proudly represents the third generation working in the family business. With over twelve years of technical expertise delivering projects, Simon can be found working in the field in the heart of the action. His involvement in building, civil works and engineering has enabled a practical approach to project delivery. Outside of work Simon enjoys snowboarding, escaping to a bush adventure and donating his time volunteering with the local firies.

Trent Davies

Project Manager
Trent has over a decade of project management experience spanning sub division projects, road construction and general civil works. With a no-nonsense, common sense approach, great time management and an eye for detail he has a solid reputation for delivering seamless project results time and again. Trent is a farmer at heart and also enjoys his adventure racing and triathlon challenges.

Cameron Miller

Site Manager
Cameron is the man on the ground. With over 8 years of experience in the construction industry he brings a high level of experience and foresight to each job site. As a strong and well respected team player he unites the crew to ensure they seamlessly work together helping to deliver projects that come in on time and budget. In his quest for a work life balance Cameron loves spending time with his family, watching the footy and grabbing a game of golf.

Cameron Pass

Estimating Manager
Cameron has established a solid foundation in the building industry touching on civil works, marine and bridge construction. What began as a career as a site engineer soon evolved into experience across project management through to administration, estimating and contract management. This greater span of experience gives him a deeper insight to the inner workings of each project allowing him to accurately do his job and exceed client expectations. Cameron is a family man and outside of work can be found spending quality time with his loved ones along with barracking for the Parramatta Eels and getting out for a good run.
