Devcon constructed this stormwater basin in Schofields in line with council’s regional infrastructure plan. It’s completion vastly improves the local stormwater resilience whilst also providing a number of pollutant and chemical catchment systems. The construction of a handful of residential blocks concurrently on behalf of council were also well received at auction, given the pleasant views facing the walking track and landscaped space.
The project involved:
• Two-tiered basin system of approximately 28,000sqm with an intricate bio basin construction including subsoil, HDPE liner & heavy duty access.
• Installation of GPT units, Culverts and pipes
• Honed block wall 975 sqm
• Landscaping and planting
