Residential subdivision Tahmoor

Devcon partnered again with Estate Property Group to deliver a 40 lot residential subdivision including roadworks to the existing frontage, retaining walls along with a 220m3 detention tank under the roadway. 2 GPTs were also installed to treat the water prior to detention, ensuring any rubbish is filtered out of the stormwater before the stormwater leaves the site.

Devcon coordinated with the many surrounding neighbours to manage access and minimise disruptions whilst delivering civil works.
