20 lot subdivision and basin construction on 40 Eighth Avenue, Austral. Works included:

• 490m of stormwater drainage
• Construction of roads, kerb and gutters and footpaths
• Construction of bio basin and retaining Walls.
• Installation and management of all utility services (electricity, NBN, water and sewer)
• Installation of raingardens (to assist with stormwater runoff control)
• Devcon constructed dish drain kerbing using slip form and a fibre reinforced concrete which meant for a faster construction time
• Benched lots making it easier and faster for the home builders to construct slabs
