Slip Lane construction for the International Chinese School in St Leonards NSW

To facilitate traffic management for the recently opened International Chinese School, St Leonards and improve access to Gore Hill car park, Devcon was contracted to construct a slip lane, as approved by Transport for NSW.

As part of the project, the demolition of existing structures, upgrading of footpaths, and landscaping works were carried out. Despite the challenges posed by the site’s location on a bustling section of Sydney’s Pacific Highway, with foot traffic, overhead power lines, and trees, Devcon’s team completed the works safely and efficiently.

Due to the daily heavy traffic on the Pacific Highway, this site demanded a high level of attention to planning, safety measures and traffic control to ensure exceptional standards were maintained at all times
