Rickard Road Leppington Subdivision – Stage 2

Following a successful completion of Rickard Road – Stage 1, Devcon was engaged once again by Rawson Communities to deliver Stage 2 of the Rickard Road subdivision in Leppington.

Stage 2 involved the construction of a 24-lot subdivision and a new bio-retention basin. Key works included:
• Over 500m of road pavement, kerb, and gutter construction
• Installation of utility services (electricity, NBN, water, and sewer)
• Construction of a bio-basin with retaining walls, including installation of GPTs, and sandstone blocks.

This stage built on the strong foundation of Stage 1, continuing Devcon’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and environmental care. The result: a well-executed project ready to support a growing community.
