Rawson Communities awarded Devcon the civil construction works of a 76-lot subdivision in Austral. The scope included, earthworks, road construction, kerb and gutter installations, and delivery of utilities – electricity, NBN, water and sewer.

Devcon constructed retaining walls and installed raingardens to support stormwater management and improve the site’s environmental performance.
