Devcon have completed stage 1 & 2 of a 289-lot master planned community in Vineyard, delivering 79 premium lots.

Works included:

• Earthworks
• 3 KMs of drainage installed
• 1.5 KMs of retaining walls installed
• Construction of roads and kerb & gutter
• Installation of services (electricity, NBN, water and sewer)
