Industrial Subdivision – Nepean Business Park

Devcon partnered with Precinct Capital Pty Ltd to deliver the infrastructure works for the Nepean Business Park Industrial Subdivision. The project involved full site servicing, road construction, drainage installation, landscaping and bulk earthworks with the preparation of lots across the development area.

Devcon were able to deliver 30 large industrial lots for our client whilst managing our environmental impact on the important neighbouring environments of the Great River Walk (Nepean River) & the Penrith/Western Sydney Lakes.

Works included:

• Over 1.6km of Drainage Installed, including 1.1km of Culverts line ranging from 3300 x 1500 culverts to upstream 1800 x 750
• 7m deep Atlan GPT
• 200 sqm of Sandstone Headwall structure
• Installation of services (Pressure Sewer, Portable water, Electrical, NBN, Fire Services)
• 2.2km construction of road
• 2.2km Construction of kerb and gutter
• 2.4km Construction of footpath
• Landscaping works
