Camden Lakeside 22 lot subdivision

Devcon was engaged by Stockland to delivery a 22-lot subdivision, the final land release completing the exclusive residental estate set amongst the Lakeside Golf Club Camden. Throughout the project, Devcon worked closely with Lakeside Golf Club to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless experience to all users. We particularly enjoyed chatting with the golfers and seeing their interest in the works taking place.

Works included:
• Demolition
• Remediation of contaminated materials
• Earthworks
• Diverting existing electrical
• Installation of drainage
• Construction of roads
• Kerb and gutter construction
• Installation of services (Gas, Electrical, NBN, Water and sewer)
• Construction of a sandstone wall and picket fencing around the subdivision

This project had several intricacies that required careful planning and coordination, including staging the works in such a way as to allow continued access to the golf club carpark/facilities throughout the duration of the project. Being directly adjacent to the golf club entrance, the fastidious presentation of site and the surrounding landscape ensured the golf club operations remained undisturbed despite the large scale of works being undertaken. Devcon successfully managed these challenges, completing the subdivision ahead of schedule.
