Dimeny Park Claymore

Devcon have successfully delivered Dimeny Park in Claymore for Landcom. The park includes a skate park, half basketball court, playground equipment with shade sail and generous park space for the community to come together.

Devcon saw an opportunity to further enhance the skate park design. Working closely with Landcom and Campbelltown Council, we proposed a complete redesign and construct – creating space that’s more dynamic and functional. We’re excited to see this design come to life for the community.

Scope of works included:

• Design and consult with skatepark design taking into account site constraints and council guidelines
• Demolition
• Bulk earthworks
• Install stormwater
• Install footpaths
• Install retaining walls
• Consulting with stakeholders on final design given site constraints and council guidelines
• Landscape including basketball court, playground equipment installs, shade sail, park furniture, turf and gardens.
