Claymore stage 3C

As part of the Claymore Renewal Project, Claymore Stage 3C involves the construction of 14 new residential lots, along with designated areas for future senior living and a retail precinct to serve the Claymore community. Devcon successfully navigated through the complexities of working in a brownfield site, delivering the subdivision ahead of schedule and exceeding the client’s expectations.

• Bulk and detailed earthworks including rock excavation
• Stormwater drainage installation
• Road pavement construction 
• Kerb & gutter construction
• Installation of services including electrical, NBN potable water and sewer
• Over 500m of retaining wall installed
