The civil works completed by Devcon at Asora were delivered for Sekisui and support one of the largest remaining land developments in the Norwest area, providing essential infrastructure needed to deliver a new residential community.
Key elements of the project included the construction of retaining walls between lots, creating far more suitable and build-ready sites for future homeowners. This level of early planning significantly reduces both time and cost during the home construction phase.
The pedestrian experience throughout the estate was also a strong focus. Pathways were designed with generous widths, integrated stairways, and extensive adjacent planting to ensure safe and easy access to the elevated lots. This thoughtful approach places nature at the fingertips of future residents and enhances the overall liveability of the estate.
