Working Towards a better tomorrow

Good Health & Well-being

We strive to diversify our workplace and provide opportunities for all individuals. We offer training and development to boost personal growth along with team building activities to strengthen connections. A positive, strong and united team operate at their peak and deliver the best results to clients.

Sustainable Cities

Making cities sustainable means creating career and business opportunities, safe and affordable housing, and building resilient societies and economies. We facilitate investment in public transport, creating green public spaces, and improving urban planning and management in participatory and inclusive ways.

Reuse & Recycle

We aim to reduce our ecological footprint by changing the way we produce and consume goods and resources. Use of recycled materials across our projects where possible is a current focus.

Local Communities

We ensure our projects have minimal negative impact on the local community and foster positive relationships with the community. We seek out solutions that will benefit the environment and local area to facilitate a sustainable future.

Acknowledgement to Country

We acknowledge the original custodians of the land on which we meet and work. We pay our respects to elders past and present, and acknowledge the Aboriginal people for their custodianship on this land. We work together for a united city that respects this land and values the contribution to our community and culture of all people of Aboriginal heritage.

We appreciate the importance of creating relationships and respecting the culture and traditions of Australia’s Indigenous communities. Devcon works in partnership with local Aboriginal groups, councils and businesses to establish strong local ties that are respectful, positive and productive.
